David Spofford – Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Dave is responsible for managing Lucrotec’s strategic direction, operations, and resources. He brings a distinguished background of senior executive experience, successfully leading and growing early stage companies. For nearly 30 years Dave has met the needs of highly sophisticated and demanding global clients, including 3M, PNC Bank, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Intel, HSBC, and Cigna.

Prior to joining Lucrotec, Dave was the founding CEO of Dimension Data’s Communications Lifecycle Management (CLM) Division, which processed billions of dollars each year in domestic and global payments for hundreds of U.S. and international enterprises. Dimension Data is an $8 billion leader in the design, implementation, and optimization of technologies enabling clients to exploit their corporate data, extracting meaningful financial and operational insights. Dave continues to serve on Dimension Data’s CLM board of directors.

Prior to Dimension Data, Dave was CEO and co-founder of Xigo, a Gartner “Leader Quadrant” company that applied information technology to manage a complex array of telecommunications expenses. Xigo was purchased by Dimension Data in 2012. Earlier, Dave was Vice President with Morgan Tariff Management, a tariff and contract negotiations provider to enterprise-level organizations.

Dave is a graduate of Yale University and he resides with his family in Virginia.

Don Farias (Founder) – Chief Operations Officer

As founder of Lucrotec, Don is responsible for managing Lucrotec’s operations. Prior to starting Lucrotec, Don served as SVP of Operations for one of the industries’ largest providers of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) technology and managed services. Don also supported AT&T at the Federal Communication Commission (FCC), where he was involved with negotiating billing formats, collections and network routing protocols to support open competition. He was involved with launching AT&T’s local services in the residential space and designed and built the recording and billing platforms for AT&T consumer markets division.

Don was educated at Johnson and Wales with a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science and holds an MBA from NYU and USC through AT&T’s School of Business, with a focus on International Telecommunications and Business Administration.

Don resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Bill Ney – Chief Revenue Officer

Bill leads sales, business development and partner relations as Chief Revenue Officer at Lucrotec. He is a results-driven sales leader with over 30 years of experience accelerating and maximizing revenue growth through direct and indirect sales channels for several large software, IT and telecom organizations. These companies include Xerox, Hyperion, BT Global Services, Tangoe and MCI.  Bill spent over a decade driving large outsourcing, security and network service agreements within the finance sector including JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and American Express. He has built revenue-generating ecosystems from the ground up using a partner enablement model focused on relationships. He shares his time and talent with organizations including Everwise (mentor), Cursillo, and his local church parish.

He is an avid skier and sailor and resides in Connecticut with his wife and family.

Ian Coville – Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Ian is responsible for information technologies, security, and computing/networking systems that support enterprise goals and client solutions. With more than 20 years of successful technology leadership and related technology experience, Ian is adept at aligning technology and systems with business demands in support of optimal performance and success.

Prior to Lucrotec, Ian was principal for One-Drop Consulting Group, an IT consulting firm specializing in CIO advisory services focused on IT strategy and maximizing IT value and performance. Ian also served as Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology supporting hyper-growth periods and business transformation for one of the world’s largest technology expense management organizations. He also held senior technology  positions for Divine Interventures and SageMaker.

Ian is a graduate of Tufts University, lives in Connecticut with his three children, and enjoys painting and drumming as hobbies.

Dave Alley - Chief People Officer

Dave is a seasoned human resources executive with an extensive career building successful technology start-ups, mid-sized companies and large international corporations. He is an executive with a solid reputation for strategic, innovative solutions for human capital initiatives and their implementation. Dave specializes in building high growth organizations with expertise in high-volume talent acquisition, employee and executive development, compensation and benefits, and merger/acquisition experience. Prior to joining Lucrotec, he established and implemented the HR strategy for Datto, Tangoe, Sirocco Systems, ADC Telecommunications’ Broadband Division, and General DataComm’s technology organization. Dave was involved with Tangoe’s successful IPO in 2012 and was instrumental in Sirocco Systems being acquired by Sycamore Networks for $2.8B in 2000.

A decorated U.S. Air Force Vietnam Era veteran with experience at the Pentagon, he is a graduate of Marist College and the prestigious Aspen Institute Leadership Program.

Dave is married, has two grown children, and lives in Connecticut.

Jacques Wagemaker – Chief Marketing Officer

In his role as Chief Marketing Officer, Jacques is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Lucrotec's marketing and communications initiatives. He brings more than 25-years of experience in senior marketing positions with leading software, high-technology, and expense management companies. He has created marketing strategies and programs in multiple high-technology start-up organizations, driving these organizations to leadership positions in their respective industries and successful investor exits.

Prior to Lucrotec, Jacques led marketing for Red Lambda, a cybersecurity risk management software organization. He was also VP of Marketing for a leading telecom and IT expense management provider, from the company's start-up, to its initial public offering. Jacques also managed marketing for OutlookSoft, a financial business performance management software company that was acquired by SAP, and he held a senior marketing position with IMA, which completed an IPO during his tenure.

Jacques lives in Connecticut with his wife and family, and enjoys fishing and the outdoors.
